Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions:

• “Murico Racing Limited” / “we” / “us” refers to Murico Racing Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong.
• “Customer” / “you” means any individual or business purchasing from Murico Racing Limited.
• “Products” are all goods sold or supplied by Murico Racing Limited, including but not limited to sim racing hardware, accessories, and related items.
• “Contract” is the purchase agreement formed between Murico Racing Limited and the Customer upon order acceptance.

2. Scope of Terms

2.1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all quotations, sales, and deliveries made by Murico Racing Limited. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2.2. Any changes or exceptions must be approved in writing by Murico Racing Limited.

3. Warranty Coverage

Murico Racing Limited provides a one (1) year limited manufacturer’s warranty on all products, effective from the date of invoice. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

This warranty does not cover issues arising from:

• Negligence, misuse, accidents, or abuse.
• Unauthorized modifications, disassembly, or repair attempts.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Failure to follow installation or usage instructions.

Where a warranty claim is accepted, Murico Racing Limited may, at our discretion, repair, replace, or supply a refurbished unit.

4. Submitting Warranty Claims

To request warranty service, contact our team at team@muricoracing.com. You will need to provide:

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

A detailed description of the problem.

Supporting photos or videos.

Customers are responsible for shipping the item back for inspection. If the fault is covered, Murico Racing Limited will cover the return shipping. If the claim is rejected (no fault found or issue out of warranty scope), the customer is responsible for both inbound and return shipping fees.

5. Warranty Limitations

The warranty does not apply to:

• Products used outside their intended purpose (e.g., motorsport use, commercial rental).
• Damage during third-party shipping or delivery.
• Cosmetic variations or tolerances that do not impact functionality.
• Buyer dissatisfaction unrelated to product performance.
• Items sold as custom-built or personalized orders.

6. Liability Disclaimer

6.1. Murico Racing Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including financial loss, downtime, or loss of data.

6.2. Our maximum liability, under any circumstances, is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

6.3. Customers agree to indemnify Murico Racing Limited against claims resulting from misuse or negligent handling of the products.

7. Ownership of Goods

Products remain the property of Murico Racing Limited until full payment has been received. Until then, you must not resell, pledge, or transfer the goods.

8. Intended Use

Our products are designed exclusively for simulation purposes. They are not certified for road, motorsport, or commercial vehicle use. Use beyond their intended scope is at the user’s own risk.

9. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if products remain unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.

• All original packaging and accessories must be included.
• A 3.5% processing fee is deducted from refunds to cover transaction and handling costs.
• Return shipping is at the customer’s expense (non-refundable).
• Custom or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Once inspected and approved, refunds are issued back to the original payment method.

10. Order Cancellations

• Orders not yet shipped may be canceled without additional fees (except the 3.5% processing fee).
• Orders already shipped must follow the standard return policy.

11. International Orders & Duties

For overseas shipments, customers are responsible for all applicable VAT, customs duties, and import fees unless otherwise collected at checkout. Murico Racing Limited is not responsible for these charges.

12. Force Majeure

Murico Racing Limited is not liable for non-performance caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or changes in law.

13. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, designs, and intellectual property associated with Murico Racing Limited remain our sole property. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be handled under Hong Kong jurisdiction.

15. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining sections remain fully enforceable.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, along with our Refund Policy, make up the full agreement between you and Murico Racing Limited.

17. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing from Murico Racing Limited, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
