🏁 Pre‑Order Items
Products sold on a pre‑order basis will ship only after production is complete.
Estimated delivery timelines are always displayed on the product page (e.g., “Estimated delivery Q4 2025”).
Actual dispatch dates may vary depending on production and logistics conditions. Customers will be notified by email if changes occur.
Pre‑Order Cancellations & Refunds
- Before Shipment: Customers may cancel their pre‑order before fulfillment. A 3.5 % non‑recoverable transaction fee will be deducted from the refund.
- After Shipment: Once the item has shipped, our standard Return & Refund Policy applies (14‑day return window, unused/unaltered condition, original packaging, proof of purchase, etc.).
- Custom or Specialized Pre‑Orders: Items that are custom‑built, made‑to‑order, or personalized are non‑refundable and non‑returnable, even prior to shipment.
🎨 Custom Orders (Stickers & Similar Items)
Custom stickers and personalized items require 7 working days of production time before dispatch.
This production period does not include transit or shipping time.
Please consider both factors when placing your order.
Custom orders are final sale and cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has begun.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Once ready for dispatch, orders ship via reliable courier services (e.g., DHL, FedEx, or equivalent).
Typical Transit Times
- Hong Kong / Local Region: 2–4 business days
- Asia Pacific: 5–10 business days
- Europe & North America: 7–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
🔁 Returns
Customers have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. To qualify, the product must meet all of the following requirements:
- Unused and Uninstalled: The item has not been fitted, powered, or used.
- Unmodified Condition: No alterations, customizations, or damage.
- Complete Packaging: All original packaging, protective material, manuals, cables, and accessories must be included.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation, invoice, or receipt is required.
⚠️ All returns are subject to a 3.5 % processing and handling fee, deducted from the refund amount. This covers non‑recoverable transaction costs and restocking.
Murico Racing Limited reserves the right to inspect returned items and decline refunds if the above conditions are not met.
💳 Refunds & Order Cancellations
Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Cancellations, accidental purchases, and change‑of‑mind orders are subject to the 3.5 % non‑recoverable fee.
- Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
📦 Shipping for Returns
- Customers are responsible for arranging and paying return shipping costs.
- Shipping charges are non‑refundable.
- If Murico Racing Limited coordinates the return shipment, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
🧰 Warranty Returns
For warranty claims, Murico Racing Limited will arrange the return shipment.
Shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer and will be invoiced or deducted, as appropriate.
We fully cover parts and labor for confirmed warranty repairs.
🔄 Exchanges
Please contact our support team at team@muricoracing.com before sending any items back to request an exchange.
After approval, you’ll receive detailed return instructions.
- Products must be unused and in complete original packaging.
- Customers pay for return shipping.
- Once the item is received and verified, Murico Racing Limited covers the cost of shipping the replacement item.
